Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail it to the supplier’s return address (we will provide details when you contact us). You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Late or missing refunds
